Shipping & Delivery

At Namaste India, we believe in mindful creation. Every design you see is a finished work of art, and every product is made uniquely for you the moment your order is placed. We do not hold inventory—this approach reduces waste and ensures you receive an item crafted with intention.

1. Our Print-on-Demand (POD) Process

Your order is handled in two distinct phases: Production and Shipping.

  • Production Time: Once your order is confirmed, it is sent to our production partner. Creation typically takes 3–7 business days. Note that this timeframe can vary during peak holiday seasons.
  • Shipping Time: Once production is complete, your item is dispatched. Total delivery time is the sum of Production Time plus Shipping Time.

2. Shipping Costs & Availability

We primarily serve and ship to Sweden, Germany, Hungary, Spain, and the United States. Shipping costs are dynamically calculated via our integration with Printify to ensure accuracy.

  • Cost Calculation: Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery address and the product type. The final cost will be clearly displayed during the checkout process before payment.
  • Availability: We ship to all major regions within our target countries. If checkout indicates shipping is unavailable for your address, please use our "Shipping Cost Calculator" on the product page or contact us for assistance.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey.


Returns, Exchanges, & Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. As we serve customers in the European Union and the United States, our policy is designed to be transparent and compliant with consumer protection laws.

14-Day Right of Return (EU & International)

In accordance with EU consumer rights, you have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your item.

  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition that you received them: unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping to our fulfillment center. Please contact us at info@namasteindia.store for the correct return address before sending any items.
  • Exclusions: We strongly urge you to consult our detailed size charts on each product page before ordering to ensure the perfect fit, as every item is custom-made for you.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, we will fully resolve the issue at no cost to you.

Procedure for Claims:

  • Contact Us: Email us within 14 days of delivery at info@namasteindia.store.
  • Provide Evidence: Include your Order Number and clear photographs showing the defect or damage.
  • Resolution: Upon verification, we will arrange a priority replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Packages Lost in Transit

If tracking stops updating for an extended period, please contact us. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will issue a replacement at no extra cost. We are not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier; in these cases, please contact your local postal service.
