Shipping & Delivery
At Namaste India, we believe in mindful creation. Every design you see is a finished work of art, and every product is made uniquely for you the moment your order is placed. We do not hold inventory—this approach reduces waste and ensures you receive an item crafted with intention.
1. Our Print-on-Demand (POD) Process
Your order is handled in two distinct phases: Production and Shipping.
- Production Time: Once your order is confirmed, it is immediately sent to our trusted production partner, Printify. They handle the creation of your unique item, which typically takes 3–7 business days. Please note that this timeframe can sometimes be longer during peak holiday seasons or due to unforeseen material/facility delays.
- Shipping Time: Once production is complete, your item is immediately dispatched. Shipping times will vary based on your location and the selected shipping method chosen at checkout.
Please Note: The total estimated delivery time for your order is the sum of the Production Time plus the Shipping Time.
2. Shipping Costs & Availability
We utilize a direct shipping integration with our production partner, Printify, to calculate precise shipping costs and delivery capabilities.
- Cost Calculation: Shipping costs are dynamically calculated based on your specific delivery address, the type of product, and our partner's current carrier rates. The final, all-inclusive shipping cost will be clearly displayed during the checkout process before you finalize payment.
- Delivery Locations: Our ability to deliver is directly linked to the operational capabilities of our fulfillment network. We primarily ship to the United States. If, during checkout, the system indicates that shipping is not available for your chosen product and address combination, it means our partners currently cannot guarantee delivery to that specific location.
- What to Do If Shipping is Unavailable:
- Check the Shipping Cost Calculator: Please utilize the dedicated "Shipping Cost Calculator" feature available on the product detail page. This tool provides the most up-to-date availability assessment.
- Try a Similar Product: Occasionally, different products in our shop are fulfilled by different production facilities, which may have slightly varying shipping regions. Exploring a similar item might resolve the issue.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey.
Returns, Exchanges, & Refunds Policy
As every item is uniquely printed and made on demand for your specific order, our returns policy is focused strictly on quality assurance.
Final Sale Policy (Sizing, Color, Change of Mind)
We do not accept returns or offer exchanges for buyer’s remorse. All products are considered a final sale.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Ordering the wrong size (we strongly urge you to consult our detailed size charts provided on each product page before ordering).
- Dissatisfaction with the color or design as they appear on your screen (due to monitor settings, colors may vary slightly from the physical product).
- Changing your mind or deciding you no longer want the item.
Since we print the item only after you purchase it, we cannot restock or resell the product. Thank you for understanding our commitment to sustainable production.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item (e.g., incorrect design or product type), we will fully resolve the issue at no cost to you.
Procedure for Claims:
- Contact Us Immediately: Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@namasteindia.store.
- Provide Evidence: You must include your Order Number and attach clear, high-quality photographs showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item.
- Resolution: Upon verification of the issue, we will work directly with our production partner (Printify) to arrange a priority replacement item or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer. Please do not attempt to send the item back to us, as it is unnecessary and will delay your resolution.
Packages Lost in Transit
For packages lost in transit (where tracking has stopped updating for an extended period), please contact us. We will initiate a formal inquiry with the shipping carrier. If the package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will work with Printify to issue a replacement order at no extra cost. We are not responsible for packages that show as "Delivered" on the tracking system. In such cases, please contact your local postal service immediately to investigate the delivery location.
